Important Decisions

After a lot of deliberation I have decided to make a teaser trailer for a horror/thriller film. Throughout the course of this project I have had multiple problems regarding the filming of my coursework. I began the project working in a pair and together we had come up with a pretty strong idea for our teaser trailer. However it wasn’t heading in a contemporary direction so we went our separate ways. This left me somewhat out of sorts as I went from having a strong idea for my teaser trailer to being back at square one.

Talking to my teacher and peers I decided that making a teaser trailer for a horror/thriller would be the most effective genre where u could film simple things that would create the right atmosphere.

I have decided to use my little brother as the main actor in my trailer. This is because there are a lot of things that I can film with a younger actor and I can use different things to symbolise and create an effect that could be seen in a professional teaser trailer.
